Hi, I'm Melzar Jan Chico, a passionate gamer and game development enthusiast hailing from Lapu-Lapu City. I've always been fascinated by video games and how they're created, which led me to dabble in game development using GameMaker Studio. However, I wanted to learn more about the technical aspects of game development, so I pursued a degree in Computer Science at the prestigious University of the Philippines. Currently, I'm honing my skills in game development and front-end development, always striving to learn more and create amazing games that people can enjoy.

A research study that developed a model that performs video game genre classification that classifies video games into one or more genres by fine-tuning a pre-trained model, DistilBERT, a distilled variant of the BERT framework.
